Description:
The Alzheimer's Association hosts the 2019 Walk To End Alzheimer's on Saturday, October 5, 2019 on Henderson Lawn between College Avenue and the Alumni Mall in downtown Blacksburg, VA.

Schedule:
• 8:00 am: Registration
• 9:00 am: Opening Ceremony
• 9:30 am: Walk begins

Join the annual Walk To End Alzheimer's with all funds raised furthering the care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer's Association. The route is about two miles in length.

There is no registration fee to participate, however, all walkers are asked to make a personal donation and commit to raising funds in the fight against Alzheimer’s. Participants who raise $100.00 or more will receive the official Walk t-shirt.

All participants, regardless of age, need to register and sign a standard waiver.

The Alzheimer's Association is a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization. All donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.

Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, the Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s® is the world’s largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer’s care, support and research. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against the disease!

The event is rain or shine.
