Virginia Tech's El Centro, LAIGSA, Brasil Club and LASO present Brazilian musician Ana Carinhanha in concert on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 in Colonial Hall located within Squires Student Center on the campus of Virginia Tech.

Ana Carinhanha uses her music as a tool to promote reflection and discussion regarding inclusiion and will introduce us to some original songs of her new album "Oriki".

Ana Carinhanha is a singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. In 2018 she released her first authorial work, "Oriki". With diverse influences from classics to the most popular rhythms featuring an authentically Brazilian sound.
