Active Minds at Virginia Tech present a benefit concert titled "A Night at the Grass Shack" on Friday, November 15, 2019.

Enjoy our first ever House Show featuring four performances!

Active Minds is a student-led mental health group and non-profit organization that works to raise awareness about mental health on college campuses, fight the stigma surrounding mental health, raise funds for critical mental health education and resources, promote positive mental health and wellness, educate students and educators about the signs and symptoms of mental health disorders, and encourage students who are struggling to reach out and seek help.

The chapter at Virginia Tech has organized events like Send Silence Packing, Mental Wellness Week, movie screenings, a speaker from the JCK Foundation and the Spring Semester Finals Extravaganza.

Tickets are $5.00 in advance on Venmo (@activemindsatvt) and $7.00 at the door.
