Claytor Lake State Park presents Christmas at Claytor on Saturday, December 7, 2019.

Join us at Claytor Lake State Park for an afternoon of seasonal fun!

Create crafts from natural materials including pine cone reindeer, "tree cookie" ornaments, sock snowmen, paper bag gingerbread houses, pine cone Christmas trees, gift bags and more. Enjoy refreshments while you craft or just relax by the fireplace. There will be games, a coloring corner and hayrides!

The Christmas Hayride will be running if the weather is favorable (not too cold or raining). The hayride will leave the Water's Edge Meeting Facility every half hour beginning at 1:30 pm. The last ride will begin at 4:30 pm.

Admission is free however the Virginia State Park parking fee of $7.00 per vehicle still applies.
