The Virginia Tech High Techs presents their 2020 Spirit Clinic for Ages 5-13 on Sunday, February 2, 2020 in the back gym of Cassell Coliseum.

Schedule:
• 11:30 am-11:55 am: Registration in back gym of Cassell Coliseum
• 11:55 am-12:10 pm: Stretch/Warm-up
• 12:10 pm-12:40 pm: Learn Sideline for quarter break performance
• 12:40 pm-1:10 pm: Learn group dance for halftime performance
• 1:10 pm-1:25 pm: Snack break
• 1:25 pm-1:45 pm: Learn basketball chants and player introductions
• ~1:50 pm: Spirit Run out/Enter Sandman
• 2:00 pm: Tip-off of Virginia Tech vs. Miami Basketball game

Learn a dance from the Virginia Tech HighTechs dance team, participate in the Spirit Entrance, be on the court during the Virginia Tech women's basketball game. All participants will receive a clinic shirt and spirit calendar.

The cost is $35.00 per person.

The HighTechs dance team consists of a group of young women who enjoy dancing, generating school spirit, and entertaining fans at Virginia Tech Intercollegiate Athletic events. The audience is treated to unique choreography that includes fast transitions, jumps, leaps, and turns. Their timeout and halftime performances demonstrate a variety of styles including jazz, pom and hip hop.
