In Balance Yoga Studio @ VTCRC presents their One Year Anniversary Community Day on Thursday, February 27, 2020.

Join us for our One Year Anniversary Community Day where we will be offering seven free community classes, new student specials and raffle prizes!

Class Schedule
• 9:00 - 10:00 am: Back
• 10:30 - 11:30 am: Heart Openers
• 12:00 - 12:50 pm: Core
• 1:15 - 2:05 pm: Hips
• 2:30 - 3:30 pm: De-Stress
• 4:00 - 5:00 pm: Neck & Shoulders
• 5:30 - 6:30 pm: Flow

Note: Each class is limited to 22 participants.
