Hacksburg presents a Cheesemaking Workshop on Sunday, March 15, 2020.

Learn the ancient art of cheesemaking! Humans have been making cheese since around 8000 BC, and now you can learn how to make healthy, all natural cheese in your own home!

This class will cover where to find supplies and ingredients, an outline of cheesemaking techniques, and a demonstration making mozzarella cheese.

The cost is $5.00 for non-members to cover the cost of supplies and the class is free for members.
