The Town of Christiansburg Farmers' Market is open with Music from Dale Buckner on Thursday, September 3, 2020.

Enjoy music from Christiansburg's very own Dale Buckner starting at 4:00 pm on the stage. His first CD titled "Grateful" will also be on sale.

Dale Buckner is a local gospel musician who performs as a solo artist and as a member of the group Southern Gold.

Dale is a seasoned vocalist residing in Montgomery County, VA who is most recognized in the male quartet world as a first tenor, however his versatility and range allows him to fill the lead and baritone parts as well. In the past, Dale has shared the stage with Eddie and Sherry Richards.

The Town of Christiansburg Farmers' Market presents their 2020 Farmers Market every Thursday from 3:00-7:00 pm on Hickok Street in downtown Christiansburg, Virginia.

The Christiansburg Farmers Market is back for its 2020 season with some adjustments to ensure the safety of our vendors and customers. The market will be open every Thursday from 3:00-7:00 pm on Hickok Street from May 21st to October 22nd.

This year, we’re introducing online ordering which will allow customers to prepay for items and pick them up on market day. Please visit https://www.christiansburg.org/marketshop for more information.

While we encourage customers to utilize online ordering whenever possible, our vendors will still be set up on Hickok Street each Thursday during market hours. The entrances and exits of the market will be staffed to ensure only 10 people are in the market area at a time. We will enforce social distancing guidelines by spacing vendors 10 feet apart, allowing only one person per family into the market area at a time and ensuring there is no mingling.

Admission is free and all are welcome.
