UPDATE: Due to the rain, this event has been postponed until Saturday, August 22nd.

The Newport Jamboree presents their 11th Season Jamboree Finale featuring the music of The Jugbusters on Saturday, August 15, 2020 at the Newport Community Park.

While it's been a short Newport Jamboree season, we are happy to announce a fun finale with two steppin' old time legends, The Jugbusters!

The Jugbusters are the New River Valley's high energy old-time and honky-tonk dance kings!

The Ruritan Club will not sell concessions at this event so feel free to pack a picnic.

We will ask for a $5.00 donation from each adult to cover the bands and pay for the park rental. Kids under 12 get in free.

Bathrooms will be open and extra sanitizer on hand. Masks are recommended as is social distancing according to public gathering guidelines.

Bring a chair, pack a swimsuit and invite a friend.

The Village of Newport Ruritan Park is conveniently located 1.4 miles down Highway 42 / 650 Bluegrass Trail keep your eyes peeled for the signs off of 460 West.
