Description:
Starlite Drive-In Theatre presents a double feature with the original "Wizard of Oz" and "Twister" on Friday, August 7, 2020 and Saturday, August 8, 2020.

Enjoy both films for the price of one. "Wizard of Oz" will start the evening around 8:45 pm and "Twister" will follow at approximately from 10:30-10:45 pm.

The classic "Wizard of Oz" was originally released in 1939 with a rating of PG and stars Judy Garland, Frank Morgan, Ray Bolger, Bert Lahr and Jack Haley.

Synopsis:
Dorothy Gale is swept away from a farm in Kansas to a magical land of Oz in a tornado and embarks on a quest with her new friends to see the Wizard who can help her return home to Kansas and help her friends as well.

The 1996 film "Twister" was released in 1996 and is rated PG-13 and stars Helen Hunt, Bill Paxton and Cary Elwes.

Synopsis:
Bill and Jo Harding, advanced storm chasers on the brink of divorce, must join together to create an advanced weather alert system by putting themselves in the cross-hairs of extremely violent tornadoes.

Both films will be showed each night.

Gates open at 6:45 pm and the movie is expected to start around 8:50 pm. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to ensure a spot before they are sold out.

There is a drive-in sound system or you can turn your radio dial to 90.3 FM to listen to the movie on your vehicle’s stereo system or your personal radio. Radio rentals are available at the snack bar with a $10.00 refundable deposit.

The last three rows are reserved for trucks and SUVs. Open hatchbacks ONLY in last row. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation!

Films are rain or shine. Dogs are welcome on a leash and guests must clean up after them.
