The Black Hen presents Sit for a Spell: A Three Course Halloween-Inspired Dinner on Saturday, October 31, 2020.

Join Chef T at the Black Hen & Bar Blue for an upscale Halloween dining experience. Enjoy a spooktacular three course Halloween-inspired CBD-infused dinner plus an extra special Halloween Costume Contest and candy.

Halloween Menu:
• First Course: (Choose one Starter)
+ Foie Gras: corn fritter, CBD infused tomato jalapeno jam, balsamic
+ Shrimp and Crab Bisque: creme fraiche, CBD infused olive oil, herbs
+ Beet salad: buratta, oranges, arugula, candied pistachios, CBD infused basil oil

• Second Course: (Choose one Main)
+ Filet Mignon: Goat cheese bread pudding, wilted spinach, mushroom demi glace - $75.00
+ Squid Ink Ravioli: shrimp mousse, Lobster, CBD infused red pepper coulis - $60.00
+ Papperdelle: vegetable bolognese, parmesan, citrus CBD oil finish - $50.00
+ Lamb: parsnip puree, bacon braised fennel, CBD chimmichurri - $60.00
+ Duck: coconut forbidden rice, sweet plantains, CBD infused sour cherry and orange chutney - $60.00

• Third Course: (Choose one Dessert)
(Note: all desserts are finished with Tangerine CBD oil)
+ Chocolate Bombe: Chocolate mousse, chocolate cake, dulce de leche, raspberry coulis
+ Pumpkin Pie Creme Brule: Whipped cream
+ White Chocolate Bread Pudding: Raspberries, creme anglaise
