Wonder Universe: A Children's Museum hosts their One Year Celebration on Saturday, November 7, 2020.

Event Schedule:
• 10:00 am: Magnificent Monarchs Storytime & Craft
• 11:00 am: Chemistry Demo with Hannah
• 12:00-2:00 pm: Closed for Cleaning
• 2:00 pm: Magnificent Monarchs Storytime & Craft
• 3:00 pm: Chemistry Demo with Hannah

Celebrate our first WONDERful year with arts & crafts, storytime, and fun chemistry demos with Hannah from "Shoestring Science"! And, enjoy free craft activities all day in the Spark Space.

We are featuring the Magnificent Monarchs Storytime & Craft special activity in recognition of the monarch butterfly migration and the NRV Milkweed Seed Release program. Milkweed is the only food source for Monarch butterfly caterpillars, and because of a shortage of plants, Monarch populations have decreased by 90%. Seed tubes are available for free at our front desk to pick up at anytime.

In addition to their milkweed seed tubes, kids will receive a special hand-painted ornament for participating in the Magnificent Monarchs Storytime & Craft program.

There will be two admission periods. The first from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm and then the second starting at 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm with the doors closed for cleaning between 12:00-2:00 pm.

Daily admission is $4.00 which is half-off during the event.
