Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. (DBI) presents the Summer Solstice Fest & Carnival 2013 on Friday, June 21st and Saturday, June 22nd. Come have a mid-summer frolic in Downtown Blacksburg on Friday, June 21st from 4-9pm for the Carnival and on Saturday, June 22nd, from 1 pm until midnight for the Festival and Carnival. Note: On Friday only the Summer Solstice Fest Carnival will be available.
