Description: Join the Celebration of Summer Festival and Arts and Crafts Show at Claytor Lake State Park on Saturday, June 8th for a full day of fun activities.

Start summer off with a blast! Enjoy fireworks, live music, a car show, antique fire trucks, food vendors live demonstrations, wine tastings and an arts and crafts show.

Activities and Entertainment include:
• Arts, Crafts, Food Vendors
• Children's Activities throughout the day
• Everett Lee Yearout, Jr. Adult/Youth Fishing Tournament & Essay Contest 7 am start – Trophies/Awards in the afternoon
• The Old Dominion Historical Fire Society’s Antique Fire Trucks - Drive In - 9:45 am and display till 3 pm
• Car & Motorcycle Show ~ 10 am - 2:30 pm - Dash Plaques & Trophies ~ Awards at 2:00 pm
• Coast Guard Auxiliary Search and Rescue ~10 am - 1 pm
• Claytor Lake Sailing Association “Sailboat Rides”
• Remote Control Airplanes Performing Tricks and Stunts ~ All Day
• Cumulus Broadcasting / PSK Live Remote ~11 am – 1 pm
• DMV2GO

Wine Tasting Featuring Virginia Wineries ~11 am - 7 pm:
• Attimo Winery
• Beliveau Estate Winery
• Rural Retreat Winery
• Stanburn Winery
• Virginia Mountain Vineyards
• Vincent’s Vineyard

Entertainment:
• Magic Moments featuring Bobby Nash ~11–11:45 am
• Wohlfahrt Haus Dinner Theatre Mini Performance with tunes from “Show Boat” - 12-12:30 pm
• Uptown Trio ~ 12:45-3:45 pm
• Part Time Party Time Band ~4-8 pm
• Southern Nights Band ~8 pm until Fireworks and after the fireworks
• Fireworks by Gucci at dusk

The parking fee is $10 per vehicle or $5 with a 5 can food donation to be donated to a local food bank. Boy Scout Troop 249 will be assisting with parking and food donations.

There will also be a free shuttle bus service from the Dublin Wal-Mart starting at 6 pm with return service after the fireworks.

Attendees are encouraged to car pool or use the shuttle buses.
