Mountain Lake Lodge is hosting their Women's Wellness Weekend beginning on Friday, August 16th through Sunday, August 18th. Calling all females! Grab your mothers, daughters, and best friends and head up to Mountain Lake Lodge for a memorable experience in the fellowship of other adventurous, outdoor-lovin' women. Imagine relaxing on 2,600 acres of mountaintop wilderness complete with over 20 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, mountain biking and trail running. Orientation will be held Friday evening and you will meet your female guides and sign up for the programs that interest you. Programs include: - Yoga - Sunrise Hike & Meditation - Zumba - Bird Watching - Guided Naturalist Hike - Wine Tasting - Kayaking/Tubing - Mountain Bike Riding & more! The fee to attend Women's Wellness Weekend is $279 per person and this includes two nights lodging, all meals and activities. A portion of your registration/package fee will be donated to breast cancer research through the Virginia Breast Cancer Foundation.
