Glade Road Growing presents their Winter Twilight Dinner on Sunday, January 21, 2018. This is a one-of-a-kind dining experience on our farm to highlight our winter production. The evening includes a five course meal featuring our meats and lesser-known winter vegetables served inside our new toasty wood-heated greenhouse which will be all decked out for the occasion. Our own farmers along with the kitchen masterminds of Tabula Rasa on Glade and even the brew-masters of Rising Silo Brewery have pitched in to put together an extraordinary menu for a truly fresh farm-to-table experience in an unlikely time of year.
