Come hungry and ready to enjoy some great music! Blacksburg-based Vinyl Tap has been bringing the funk, rock and more to audiences near and far for eight years and counting. Guitarist/master luthier Mike Aronson, bassist/vocalist Sid Bingley, drummer/vocalist Doug Veit and guitarist/vocalist Bobby Parker - veterans of a number of local and regional bands and regular performers at many local venues - mine the rich seams of popular music from America and abroad, in all its glory. You'll hear shades of the (Grateful) Dead / (Little) Feat / Band, plus American soul, British glam, Irish heartbeats, Chicago blues, Ozark country, urban grooves, reggae, roots and more.
