UPDATE: Due to the impending weather forecast for the area this weekend, the Virginia Tech women's soccer match against No. 5 Virginia scheduled for Friday at Thompson Field has been postponed. The programs are working together in an attempt to find a makeup date for the ACC contest. Watch the Virginia Tech Women's Soccer team compete against ACC and in-state rival UVA on Friday, September 14, 2018 at Thompson Field. Admission is free and all are welcome. To provide a safer environment for spectators and to expedite fan entry in to Virginia Tech Athletic venues, Virginia Tech Athletics will implement a new clear bag policy for the 2018-19 season. The policy will allow for a better and quicker experience at gates and is also a public safety measure that is being successfully implemented at other large venues including fellow ACC venues.
