As part of Blacksburg Sustainability Week 2018, Hoof Hearted Farm hosts a Farm Tour discussing rotational grazing, carbon sequestration and sustainable food on Tuesday, September 18, 2018. Learn how ruminants can save the planet through proper grazing management. There will be a short talk followed by a walking tour. We will start promptly at 6:00 pm so arrive early. Parking is limited and carpooling recommended. Park across the street on Alice Drive (primary) or at the Heritage Park / Gateway Trail parking lot. Blacksburg Sustainability Week, a collaboration between Sustainable Blacksburg, the Town of Blacksburg and Virginia Tech is celebrating its 12th year in 2018.
