UKirk University Ministry presents the 2018 Block Party on Thursday, September 27, 2018 at The Presbyterian Church of Radford parking lot. Join us for a Block Party! We're celebrating back-to-school and being caring neighbors. Enjoy free food, music, fellowship and games! Three bands will be performing and enjoy a catered BBQ dinner which will be provided. Guests are requested to bring a dessert to share. Lawn chairs are recommended. All are invited, regardless of religious or church affiliation. For anyone interested, you are invited to volunteer in a food packing activity for the "Bobcat Backpack" program which supports local food-insecure children starting around 4:30 pm. And, will move back outside after the meeting. Radford University students and staff can receive a free ride to the Block Party at 4:30 pm with pick-up from the Unity Christian Church (400 Tyler Avenue which is located across from Moe's). This event is sponsored by Radford Presbyterian, Grace Episcopal, and Christ Lutheran churches. The Presbyterian Church of Radford is located at 201 Fourth Street in Radford, VA.
