The Cure JM Foundation presents KaiaFest to Cure JM on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at Bisset Park's Shelter #1. Please join us in having fun while raising awareness! Enjoy face painting, balloons, food trucks and live music by Sonic Camel. The Cure JM Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, volunteer-managed organization dedicated to finding a cure for Juvenile Myositis (JM). Juvenile Myositis (JM), including Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDM) and Juvenile Polymyositis (JPM), is a group of rare and life-threatening autoimmune diseases, in which the body’s immune system attacks its own cells and tissues. JM is a rare disease and its exact incidence is unknown. Approximately 2 to 4 children in a million in the United States are diagnosed with JM each year.
