The Christiansburg Police Department is hosting a Hurricane Florence Relief Donation Drive starting on Monday, September 24, 2018 through Wednesday September 26, 2018 from 12:00-9:00 pm daily at the Walmart Supercenter in Christiansburg, VA. The Christiansburg Police Department, along with other area law enforcement agencies, is collecting donations for those affected by the storm damage and flooding from Hurricane Florence. Walmart is providing a fork lift, pallets and workers to aid in the collection event. Total Car Care is providing a tractor trailer that items will be loaded into, and Signarama is providing signs for the event. Members of the public are encouraged to volunteer at the donation drop-off site. Volunteers will help staff the site and assist in loading the truck.
