The New River Valley Regional Theatre presents The Pulaski Radio Show Christmas Edition with The Harwell Grice Band on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at the Pulaski Theatre. Enjoy the special holiday edition of the Pulaski Radio Show featuring music from the Harwell Grice Band. Enjoy great music, loads of laughs, audience participation and a wonderful evening of holiday fun at the historic Pulaski Theatre! Imagine a cross between Prairie Home Companion and the Carol Burnett Show, and you have the Pulaski Radio Show, recorded live in front of an audience. Produced by the New River Valley Regional Theatre, there will be regular characters, a guest host, a guest band or more, a funny sound effects man that doesn't always get it right, and an occasional show theme where everyone can come dressed (or not) for the chance to win a prize. The Harwell Grice Band has been entertaining audiences throughout Virginia nonstop, since late 2003. Based in Franklin County, VA, their original bluegrass and Americana mixed with a large repertoire of traditionals and even a few popular covers result in a very entertaining show. The band's musical arrangements and three and four-part harmonies are some of the best in the business. Their lyrics are both meaningful and honest while staying true to the traditions and themes of Appalachian music.
