Downtown Blacksburg, Inc. presents their 3rd Annual Downtown Carol Singing on Friday, December 21, 2018 meeting at the Community Arts Information Office (CAIO) in downtown Blacksburg, VA. Join the fun and our merry band as we go caroling around the downtown businesses! We will meet at 12:45 pm in the Community Arts Information Office. We'll have a quick practice and then we'll head out and spread some joy around the downtown businesses! All are welcome. Festive headgear is encouraged and bring friends!
