Glade Road Growing presents Heart of Winter Farm-to-Table Five-Course Dinner on Sunday, January 27, 2019. Revel in winter's cold and darkness. Warm and excite the senses. Winter has more to offer than you think. Join us at Tabula Rasa on Glade for this unique five course meal featuring our farm's bounty during an unlikely time of year. Hors d'oeuvres reception will precede the dinner starting at 5:30 pm. The dinner begins at 6:00 pm. Heart of Winner Menu: • Celery root soup, rutabaga jam and pickled radish • Warm cabbage salad, roasted carrot, scallion and miso • Dry rubbed pork loin, antebellum grits, kale and house mustard • Smoked chicken, escarole and red pepper • Sweet potato tart, aerated toffee and caramelized honey Beer and non/low alcoholic pairings are available for each of the five courses and provided by Rising Silo Brewery. The cost is $55.00 per person and only 40 seats are available. Pairing tickets for either Rising Silo beer or non-alcoholic drinks are available for $20.00 and $15.00 respectively.
