The Blacksburg Children's Chorale presents their Spring Concert titled "A Living Song" on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the Blacksburg Presbyterian Church. Admission is free, donations welcome and support the Blacksburg Children's Chorale scholarship and trip funds. The Blacksburg Children's Chorale was established in 2006 as part of the Blacksburg Master Chorale's educational outreach. The Children's Chorale is under the direction of Patrice Yearwood, Artistic Director, and Richard Sherman, Assistant Director. Children ages 8-18 are encouraged to audition for the Allegro Choir, Brio Choir, Camerata Choir, or Advanced Ensemble. Auditions are held in Spring each year. The Blacksburg Children’s Chorale collaborates with the Blacksburg Master Chorale, as well as presenting its own concert series.
