Spirit FM presents the Roanoke 0.5 Km on Saturday, May 18, 2019 at Parkway Church on the Mountain in Roanoke, VA. You've seen the pictures on social media of your friends running miles and miles in a race. But you know that will never be you, well now there is a race for the rest of us! For those of us who don’t run everyday, it’s the Half K race. A whole 500 yards of pure walking (you can run if you want to)! You get the full race experience, without having to run, the races bib, the pictures, the post-race snacks, AND it all goes to help Spirit FM continue to change lives!
