The Laser Tag Club at Virginia Tech (LCaT) presents the 5th Annual Appalachian Laser Tag Festival on Friday, August 23, 2019 and Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Caldwell Fields. Tentative Daily Schedule: • 9:00 am: Games • 12:00 pm: Lunch break • 1:30 pm: Games • 5:30 pm: Dinner This event provides fun for all! Come for a morning, afternoon, evening, or the entire event. Laser tag games will be played outside in the woods and are similar to airsoft or paintball games. The Laser Tag Club at Virginia Tech will provide all equipment. Playing and camping are free though AA battery and cash donations are always appreciated. Free camping is available Friday and Saturday night for anyone interested (no running water or electricity). All ages are welcome, but event organizers will not assume responsibility for youth under 18 years of age. As such, a parent or designated guardian/group leader should be present. FOOD & WATER: You are to bring your own lunch and water since there is no running water at this facility. If you plan to stay for dinner, Friday night is a pot luck cookout (see Supplies sign up at https://sites.google.com/a/vt.edu/alf/) and you will need $5.00 for pizza on Saturday night. If camping, you will need your own breakfast Friday and Saturday but Pancakes will be provided on Sunday morning. Registration is greatly appreciated to provide a count of participants.
