Sapphire Ballroom & Dance Center presents a Beginner Dance Workshop featuring the Carolina Shag and Rumba on Friday, July 26, 2019. You'll learn the Carolina Shag, the "official" Swing dance of the South, and some slow, mellow Rumba. Both dances are great to know for summertime festivals and dancing "Under the Boardwalk." To top off the evening, you will get a sneak-peak at one of the featured dances for next week, Merengue: fast, fun, and ready to party! It's time to get out and go somewhere that won't cost a fortune, but will get you moving, grooving, laughing, and having fun. There is no better time to go dancing than right now! All dances are taught from the beginning so no experience is required.
