The Radford University College of Visual & Performing Arts presents the play "Grapes of Wrath" performed by the American Shakespeare Center on Saturday, November 9, 2019 in Bondurant Auditorium within Preston Hall on the campus of Radford University. An Oklahoma drought during the Great Depression forces the Joad family to flee their home for the promise of a new life in California. Will hope prevail through the hardships and heartbreak? John Steinbeck’s classic novel comes to life in this Tony-award-winning stage adaptation. Admission is free and all are welcome. The performance is part of the University Performance Series.
