The Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center presents "Business Bites: The Caregiver in the Workplace" Seminar on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 in the Wiki Conference Room located within the Virginia Tech Corporate Research Center. Today there are 40 million millennials in the workplace caring for a parent. Most employers do not address this growing need of support. This seminar for caregivers will provide information and resources for this very complicated and often stressful role. The seminar will include tips for caregivers (children, spouses, etc.) including building a support team, self-care, putting together family care plan and protecting finances. Hosted by Robin Weeks, Certified Caregiver Consultant and Meghan Kuczmarski, Edward Jones Financial Advisor. Lunch will be provided.
