NRV Cares hosts a Wine and Design Virtual Paint Party Fundraiser titled "Shadowed Sunset" on Friday, September 25, 2020. Join us for a virtual Paint Party with Wine and Design from your home. The cost includes a pick-up paint kit to create the painting. The cost for the event is $35.00 per ticket with $10.00 going towards NRV CARES programs which are dedicated to protecting children and strengthening families. Paints kits can be picked up curbside from the Christiansburg Wine and Design location, delivered locally for a fee, or shipped for additional fee. Our program areas include CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates), Parent Education including Parenting Young Children Courses, Circle of Parents Support Group, Parenting Through Separation and Divorce Seminars, and Parenting workshops and Community Education programs ("Hugs and Kisses" plays, Stewards of Children trainings, the Pinwheels for Prevention campaign to increase awareness of child abuse/neglect, events for the community concerning child welfare issues, and many more).
