The Salem Parks and Recreation Department and the Salem Red Sox present Salem After Five with music from Domino on Friday, September 18, 2020 at at Haley Toyota Field in Salem, VA. The Salem After Five changes its venue to the home of the Salem Red Sox to allow for better social distancing and provide music fans accessible seating and the ability to enjoy convenient food and beverage options at the Red Sox Grill. The Domino Band is a high-energy horn band based in Roanoke, Virginia, specializing in classic R&B, Soul, and Old-School Funk! The Domino Band is all about preserving the classic soul, R&B, and funk sounds of yesterday, updated with their own flavors of today. If you enjoy Al Green, Tower of Power, Earth Wind and Fire, Marvin Gaye, Kool and the Gang, and other R&B-influenced artists of the '60s, '70s, '80s, '90s and today, you'll love The Domino Band. Domino has backed the legendary Percy Sledge and opened for Delbert McClinton, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inductees The Impressions, and country music superstars Tracy Byrd, Trace Adkins, Trick Pony, Diamond Rio, Tracy Lawrence, and Blake Shelton.
