The Arc of the New River Valley presents their Annual Cookie Party Decorating Contest online on Sunday, December 13, 2020. This year, to keep each other safe and sound, we’ll be gathering on Zoom for a fun cookie decorating contest. We will give away prizes and have musical accompaniment from our favorite carolers!
