The YMCA at Virginia Tech presents Healthy Kids Day 2024 on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the YMCA Lancaster House. This year the YMCA at Virginia Tech will celebrate the 32nd anniversary of Healthy Kids Day®, a national initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids. Healthy Kids Day® is a free "Summer Kick-off" event including a fun run, enrichment activities, fun filled games, interactive demonstrations and a healthy focus on family life! The event will also be promoting local summer programs and activities for children, encouraging them to remain active throughout the summer months. We will have activities ranging from a Fun Run, face painting, field games, local businesses and student organization offering kids summer fun activities and so much more!
