A seasoned performer and accomplished guitarist, she has traveled the U.S. and abroad, weaving her experiences into heartfelt songs. She has played the best venues in a 16-state area, as well as in Norway and Monte Carlo. Opened for Heart, James Taylor, Bob Margolin and Willie Nelson to name a few. With six records to her name and a history of acclaimed performances, Brooks continues to craft music that resonates with authenticity and deep storytelling. Reverent and raucous, sacred, saucy, and always fun; acoustic guitar and harmonica songs as fit for the pub as they are for the pulpit. His energetic live shows combine him playing a vast array of traditional Appalachian instruments—mandolin, guitar, hammered dulcimer, bouzouki, banjo, percussion—along with his versatile singing voice and occasionally a few friends. Frequently added into the mix are live-looping and layering techniques, combined together to make a unique and spell-binding experience we like to call Contagious Folk ‘n’ Roll. Over the years, Fritz has shared the stage with such notable acts as Hawk Nelson, The Vespers, Raymond & Ruth McLain, The New Coon Creek Girls, Nevertheless, BlueTree, Ilia, The Afters, and 7eventh Time Down. In 2014 Fritz began touring with a full backing band, playing concerts, churches, and festivals in Tennessee, West Virginia, and his home states of Virginia and Kentucky. In 2015, Fritz hit the road again with his talented backing band, The Saucy Fellows, as well as playing a few solo shows, both featuring more instrumental songs, live-looping, and as always, the signature smile and warm enthusiasm he brings to every stage. No matter your age or musical preference, within a few short minutes, Fritz Schindler will have your toes tapping, hands clapping, and before you know it, you’ll probably find yourself singing or dancing along… Links: • http://www.fritzschindler.com • https://www.facebook.com/fritzschindler • https://www.twitter.com/fritzschindler • https://www.youtube.com/user/fritzschindler/videos Georgia Randall is an accomplished and award-winning musician, singer / songwriter with four self-released albums. She has recently returned to her home of Virginia and continues to write and perform her music with her unique blend of soul, blues, and rock. Georgia Randall’s musical roots are in gospel and blues, which she threads through an experience garnered from performing with rock-and-roll and Motown show bands. We dare you to prevent your toes from tapping and falling in love with the performance of this talented local artist. Georgia was born in Norfolk, Virginia. She began singing Gospel in the church at a young age. She can barely remember the memories her grandmother shared of her being a featured vocalist in the church before even beginning elementary school. In addition to Gospel music, her early influences were in Soul and Blues, listening to the likes of Etta James, Big Mama Thornton, Bessie Smith, and Billie Holiday. By the age of 15 Georgia had begun her professional career as a front singer and embraced the music of Motown, Rock & Roll, and the San Francisco sound, along with her continued love of the Blues. By age 17, Georgia left her Virginia home and hit the road fronting several rock & roll and show bands. Many years later she took a few guitar lessons so she could begin a solo career. Within three years of mostly teaching herself to play guitar she was booked weekly in Florida as a solo act. At the suggestion of a friend, Georgia began to write her own music. Her voice has been compared to Tina Turner, Janis Joplin, Bonnie Raitt, and Melissa Etheridge, but make no mistake, Georgia’s style is all her own.
