Description:
Join the Christiansburg Rec Center in their Vegetarian Meals Class. Interested in going meatless one or more nights per week? Attend this class to learn how to eat healthy, delicious vegetarian or vegan food without spending all of your time chained to the stove, busting your budget trying to feed yourself or your family.

The class will be held in the Recreation Center Kitchen and is available for those 18 years and older.

Registration runs from 2/1/2012-3/7/2012. Amy Epperley from Carilion NRV Medical Center will be the instructor.
