Charles Lytton will talk about his book New River bonnets, apple butter, and moonshine. Lytton is a lifelong resident of Southwest Virginia, and a professional storyteller- a self-described “Appalachian boy.”
His childhood is rich with memories, many of them closely allied with the preparation of food and the personalities of family members. Books will be available for purchase, and the author will sign books after the program.
