Virginia Tech President Dr. Charles Steger will outline how the university’s “Plan For A New Horizon” aligns with Dr. King’s dream.

Following the keynote address a Town Hall Twitter Forum, sponsored by the Student Government Association, will take place starting around 6:30 pm.

The SGA and other panel members will talk about the principles that Dr. King stood for including social and economic justice and the role Virginia Tech students can play in carrying on Dr. King’s legacy on college campuses today.

The event takes place at Haymarket Theatre located within Squires Student Center.
