Kiera is best known for her book The Selection.

The Selection Synopsis: Three hundred years in the future, America Singer is selected in a lottery to be the queen of a war-torn nation. For 35 girls, the selection is a chance of a lifetime. But for America Singer, being selected is a nightmare.

Kiera Cass is a graduate of Radford University and lives in Blacksburg. Her fantasy novel The Siren was self-published in 2009. The Selection has been picked up by the CW network for a television pilot.
