Neil Sagebiel's book, The Longest Shot, is about the inspirational story of the unknown golfer Jack Fleck from Iowa, who beat his idol, Ben Hogan, in the 1955 U.S. Open. Neil is founder/editor of Armchair Golf Blog online and is a freelance writer in Floyd, Virginia.

Synopsis: With Jack Fleck still playing, NBC-TV proclaimed Ben Hogan had won his record fifth title and signed off from San Francisco.
