Enjoy a little "Margaritaville" right here in the New River Valley! Enjoy live music by the Key West Band, fantastic hors d'oeuvres and drinks by Blue Ridge Catering, and bidding on exciting silent and live auction items.
The Garden Gala is our most important fundraiser of the year - we raise all of our own operating funds including student wages. Your attendance and sponsorship helps keep this garden growing!

All activities are held outside in the beautiful Hahn Horticulture Garden and as always, rain or shine.
Dressy casual attire (parrot optional)! Hawaiian shirts are fine. No jeans or shorts, please.
PARKING and ACCESS: Parking is very limited around the greenhouses/garden area. We recommend:
From the main entrance to Virginia Tech at the 460 bypass, turn onto Southgate (towards stadium), then left on Duck Pond Dr. Park in the "cage" lot (commuter parking) on the left. There is also limited parking in the lot of the Food Science & Technology building on the right. Walk up the meadow garden paths to the Pavilion.
From the "downtown Blacksburg" side, there is parking in the Cassell Coliseum lot (Lot 1 for football). Walk along Washington Street to the garden, turning left between the greenhouse complex and the garden (Garden Lane), continue until you reach the pavilion. No permit is necessary to park in marked spaces.
