The 2012 Summer Arts Festival welcomes Funk Rock band Surrender Dorothy to the Friday Night Out Concert Series on Henderson Lawn.

Defined by their love for all styles of music, this musical brotherhood has been together for over twelve years paying homage to classic rock, funk, soul, country and their original music. From intimate acoustic performances to large format outdoor festivals, SURRENDER DOROTHY has entertained audiences of all tastes and all sizes.

The concerts will be located on Henderson Lawn (Corner of Main St. & College Avenue in downtown Blacksburg) this Summer.

The rain site for all concerts is in the Old Dominion Ballroom, located on the first floor of the Squires Student Center.

All concerts are presented by the Virginia Tech School of Performing Arts & Cinema and the Town of Blacksburg as part of the Summer Arts Festival. The Summer Arts Festival also will receive partial support from the Virginia Commission for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts.
