Mrs. Howard is the author of "Katrinia... Not Quite A Hurricane". This book details the story of one memorable little girl, Katrinia Howard, and all the lives she touched along the way. Adopted and raised by her grandparents, her unique personality drew you into her world and opened your mind to unexpected experiences.
