Build-Your-Own Rain Barrel Workshop will be offered at Virginia Tech's Architecture Annex is room 114 on Saturday, June 16th.

Build-your-own rain barrel workshop allows participants to learn about watersheds, how local measures can make local and regional impacts, and what low impact develop tools they can use on their property. Participants will engage in hands-on construction of a barrel to take home with them and start reducing urban runoff in their watershed!

What To Bring:
Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty. Bring work gloves. All other tools and supplies will be provided. Be sure the barrel will fit in your vehicle. Approximate dimensions are 4 feet x 2 feet x 2 feet.

Pre-registration is not required, but is strongly encouraged. The workshop cost is $60 and is to be paid the day of the event. Cash (exact change) and check will be accepted.
