Description:
The inaugural Riverway 5k and Fun Run will be held at Bisset Park on Saturday, August 11th as part of the Radford River Fest activities. Proceeds benefit the American Heart Association.

The 5K and Fun Run course circle Bisset Park on footpaths. All miles will be marked. Water will be available during the race.

Race Schedule:
5k Run/Walk: 8:30 am
Fun Run: 9:30 am

All 5k participants will receive a t-shirt and all fun run participants will receive a medal. Awards will be handed out for the top three male and female finishers in a variety of age groups.

Packet pick-up and race day registration will begin at 7:30 am at Bisset Park and close by 8:15 am.

Post-Race: Free food and beverages for runners after the race at race headquarters. Awards ceremony and drawings for door prizes will follow as soon as possible after the race.
