Description:
Join us for a beginning level class that will introduce children to the sport of kayaking. The focus will be on learning parts of the kayak and equipment needed to get started. Learning to get in and out of the kayak, floating in a life jacket (or PFD), practicing basic paddle strokes along with fun games in the pool will all be part of the experience. No spray skirts will be used on the kayaks to help your child feel more comfortable in and around the water.

This class is for children ages 7-11.
