Description:
Join the Christiansburg Rec Center in their Body Fat Testing. Come and learn how much of your body weight is body fat. Testing is private and results are confidential. Wear loose comfortable clothes (preferably shorts and t-shirt). The instructor is Jenni Schafer.

The class will be held in the Recreation Center in Classroom 1 and is available for those 16 years and older.

The cost of the class is $5.00. Pay at the class. Please have correct change.
