Description:
Join the Christiansburg Rec Center to learn how much of your body weight is body fat. Testing is private and results are confidential. Wear loose comfortable clothes (preferably shorts and t-shirt).

Instructor is Jenni Schafer.

The class will be held in the Recreation Center - Classroom 1 and is available for those 16 years and older.

The fee for the class is $5.00. Pay at the class and please bring correct change.
