The Christiansburg Library welcomes author Rusty Whitener for a special book signing on Tuesday, August 7th.

Rusty Whitener’s first novel A Season Of Miracles won the 2011 Gold Medalist Book of the Year Award from Foreword Review. The movie version, starring John Schneider and Nancy Stafford, completed filming and is set for release in 2013. Whitener recently completed the sequel novel, A Season Of Mysteries, and is editing the manuscript for release in 2013.

He and his wife Rebecca live in Pulaski, Virginia.
